The model

One pool, published weights, no meters

Every AI feature draws from one monthly pool shared by your whole organization. One credit is one standard AI action. You think in actions, not tokens.

Included monthly: 500 credits on Team, 1,500 on Growth, negotiated on Enterprise. Pools reset each billing cycle.
Nothing stops silently. Admins are alerted at 80% and again at 100% of the pool.
Top-up packs: 200 credits for $25, purchased explicitly and valid for 12 months. Never auto-charged.
Failed calls cost nothing. Only completed work uses a credit.

New AI features get a published weight when they ship. The table grows; the model does not change.

Credit questions, answered

What happens when the pool runs out?

Admins are alerted at 80% and 100%. With a top-up pack banked, AI keeps working; otherwise AI actions pause until the next cycle or a pack purchase. Inspections, reports and the portal are never affected.

Do unused credits roll over?

Included credits reset each cycle. Purchased pack credits stay valid for 12 months.

Do failed AI calls use credits?

No. Only completed work uses a credit.

How are Enterprise pools sized?

Negotiated per contract from real usage, and monitored rather than cut off.
