Answer types
Not icons on a list. This is the input the inspector gets. Every type is validated on device, can be required, and takes notes and photo evidence on the answer.
Logic & triggers
Combine conditions with all/any matching, follow-ups appear only when an answer needs them, and a field can turn required on the spot.
A No or an out-of-limit number can require a note or a photo before the inspector moves on.
Any answer can require a corrective action. It opens on the finding with the severity you set, no one has to remember.

Scoring

Yes. Edits happen in a draft version while the published version keeps running. When you publish, new inspections use the new version, and every past inspection records exactly which version it ran.
