Offline-first

Everything works without signal

  • Everything works offline

Forms, photos, signatures, GPS, captured locally in freezers, shells and remote arrays, synced when coverage returns.

  • Syncs by itself

Queued work uploads in the background and merges cleanly, including multi-inspector records.

  • Start mobile, finish desktop

Begin the walk on a phone, complete the write-up at a desk, one record, no re-entry.

Evidence-grade capture

Photos, signatures and GPS on every answer

  • Photos with annotation

Shoot, mark up and attach in seconds, every below-standard answer carries what the inspector saw.

  • AI on every capture

Gauge and meter values read straight into the field, shots checked against what the question asked for, faces and plates blurred, notes translated, AI runs on everything you capture.

  • Signatures, GPS, timestamps

Who, where and when on every record. Evidence that stands up to auditors and insurers.

  • Voice notes to text

Talk through a finding with gloves on; it lands as searchable text.

Co-inspection

Several inspectors, one inspection

  • Assign sections to co-inspectors

Invite a colleague onto the inspection and hand them their sections, from the office when scheduling, or on-site mid-walk.

  • Everyone sees live progress

Each inspector works their own queue and watches the others’ sections tick to done, no shouting across the site.

  • Sections merge into one record

Completed sections merge live into one inspection with one report. Offline work included, no version juggling.

  • Big audits finish the same day

Big-site audits stop being serialized. The 40-section site closes the same afternoon.

FAQ

Field app questions, answered

Which devices are supported?

iOS and Android phones and tablets, plus the full web app on desktop. Inspections move between them mid-flight.

How long can we stay offline?

Days if needed. Work is stored on-device and syncs whenever coverage returns. There is no expiry window.

Can two people really edit one inspection?

Yes. Sections are assigned per inspector and merge live. It is an Auditmark flagship, not a workaround.

What if a device is lost mid-inspection?

Synced work is already safe. Unsynced work is protected by the device lock and your organization’s access controls.
