Every plan includes a monthly pool shared across your organization: 500 credits on Team, 1,500 on Growth, negotiated on Enterprise. One credit is one standard AI action; every action has a published weight. See how AI credits work. Top-up packs are 200 credits for $25, valid 12 months, and failed calls cost nothing.
Admins are alerted at 80% and 100% of the pool. With a top-up pack banked, AI keeps working; otherwise AI actions pause until the next cycle or a pack purchase. Inspections, reports and the portal are never affected.
Included credits reset each cycle. Purchased pack credits stay valid for 12 months.
Evaluation runs through a demo with the team, then a 14-day full-featured evaluation of Premium with 50 AI credits. No credit card involved; billing is invoiced later.
